Greatest Health Triumph
After getting out of a failing relationship, I was about 20 lbs overweight and had almost double my current body fat. Lucky for me, I know some amazing trainers that helped motivate me back into the gym, where I quickly rekindled my love of fitness. I since have cut my body fat down in half and have a great lifting routine. I realize now that it was just one of life’s many obstacles. A chance to show myself that I can overcome anything.

I have a passion to help others. Training gives me the opportunity to help others reach their goals and change their lives for the better.
Sports and Fitness Background
In high school, I ran track and played strong safety for my football team. Against our rivals, I returned an interception back for a touchdown to help beat our rivals which helped propel us into the playoffs. I now compete as a powerlifter and hold a state record for bench press.
Favorite Things to do in Austin
I love the summer months when I can soak in the sun by the water. I am a die hard football fan. I love watching my Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns!
I love riding motorcycles, cooking, fine dining, playing sports, movies, concerts, races, and traveling.
