Athletic EdgeLet Austin Simply Fit take your young athlete to the next level this summer. Austin Simply Fit will be offering two summer camps perfect for athletes looking to become faster, stronger and more powerful.

The program, perfect for athletes entering 7th grade and up, will take athletes through a combination of strength and conditioning work essential to reaching peak performance.

The program will be broken up into the following two sessions:

Session 1 Foundation for Athletic Performance
(4 weeks)

June 9-July 3rd
Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday

3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Session 2 Conditioning for Athletic Performance
(2 Weeks)

July 28-August 8
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday
