Define Yourself in 30 Days
Whatever situation you’re in, it can be hard to keep up with or start a new fitness routine. We all need new motivators to keep us in gear and moving forward. Austin Simply Fit is here to ignite your passion for fitness with our 30 DAYS TO DEFINE YOU program!
This all-inclusive package kicks off the week of January 9, 2017 and will recharge your fitness progress and help you solidify healthy living habits. Join the best trainers in Central Texas and our registered dietician, Molly Anderson RD, and experience the power of transformation!
In the 30 Days to Define You program, participants receive 2 personal training sessions each week with a certified personal trainer, at a time that works best for you. Choose either 1-on-1 sessions or split the cost by joining with a friend or family member for semi-private training! In addition, you get a group workout class and meeting with Molly – our registered dietician – every week.
By joining the 30 DAYS TO DEFINE YOU all-inclusive package, you receive:
- – 8 total personal training sessions (1-on-1 or semi-private)
- – 4 group training classes with other 30 DAYS TO DEFINE YOU members
- – 4 education sessions with our registered and licensed dietitian
- – Weekly food log review with personalized tips
- – Before and after body measurements
- – An Austin Simply Fit t-shirt

Molly Anderson is a registered and licensed dietitian and owner of Pure Lifestyle Nutrition. Molly is passionate about helping people discover healthy food. She works with both individuals and groups, and focuses on customized nutrition plans designed for real lifestyle changes. Through an individualized approach based on current research and her expertise in the field, Molly can help you meet the health goals you desire. Molly has worked in the Austin area for over 4 years, and holds a bachelors degree in both Exercise Physiology and Nutrition.
