Congratulations to Brendan Morr on 10 years with ASF!
Congratulations and a big THANK YOU to Brendan Morr on his 10 year anniversary with ASF!
Brendan has been bringing his powerful energy to our Central Studio for a decade, and we would not be the same place without him. A powerlifter and basketball player, Brendan is always training and always having fun. His clients love him for his big heart and the way he cares for the people around him. He has come a long way as a trainer and an athlete, and we cannot wait to see where the next decade takes him! We love you, B!
Brendan answered a few questions for us:
What’s been your greatest achievement while at ASF? While at ASF, my greatest personal achievement was lifting 705 lbs in competition. My greatest client achievement was training a man by the name of Mike Rose. He was a professor at UT that was coming to me to get back into shape. He never thought to himself that he would play soccer again after 20 years of his health deteriorating. Before leaving training to take care of his newborn, he was back to playing pickup soccer, which I am extremely proud of.
What do you love about working at ASF? I love working at ASF because of the culture that has been cultivated over the years. There is an air of progress and determination when everyone trains. I’ve enjoyed changing people’s lives and that’s honestly the part I love the most about ASF.
What are you looking forward to in the future? I’m looking forward to more continuing ed that ASF has put together for the team. I feel like I always learn something new from the continuing ed offered and have applied that information learned to my clients and their training. I’m looking forward to thriving even more in 2023. I’ve been able to create a work-life balance that I plan on improving on this year.
