SPORTS PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHT: Jordan Credeur

Jordan Credeur
Senior at Georgetown High School
Softball
Texas Bombers Fast Pitch

Here’s what Coach Sierra said about Jordan:

I selected Jordan because this year I feel like she has really come into herself. She’s a senior now and getting ready for her big upcoming season and future in college. I’ve seen tremendous growth and maturity from her. She is definitely becoming a leader more on the field and outside of the game. This is coming at the perfect time as it will prepare her for what’s to come. I also chose Jordan because just like her growth with leadership, I’ve seen her growth in the weight room as well. She comes in ready to work and gets after it. I’m excited for her upcoming season!

Here’s what Jordan had to say about her training at ASF:

In what ways has your athletic performance or physique improved? My athletic ability has improved by being more explosive and adding more power behind my swing. My physique has changed so much, I am happy with how my body looks.

What keeps you motivated to continue training with Sierra? I love training with Sierra as she knows what and how to train me for my sport. I trust her ability to make me better and feel safe around her.

What have you learned about lifting and nutrition to improve health and performance? Sierra has taught me that tempo is very important, I never thought I be lifting weights with a 6 count down and up. When it comes to nutrition she has taught me to maintain my protein with how much I lift.

What are your plans for the future? My plans for the future are to continue playing softball at Michigan State University.
