Athlete of the Month

CLIENT HIGHLIGHTS | JULY 2024

This month’s featured athletes, Sara Ohlgren and Caroline Walton, are the epitome of the ASF Way. Sara and Caroline face every challenge, no matter how daunting, with positivity and determination. Their optimism has helped them stay consistent, which we all know is the ultimate key to success! Congrats and keep up the good work!

ASF CENTRAL: Sara Ohlgren

From Sara’s trainer, Quintin Hinojosa:

Sara is my longest standing client and has been an absolute joy to train. She shows up every day with a great attitude and gives it her all every session. Her progress over the past year has been remarkable. It is crazy how far she’s come. She really is the perfect example of what this ASF community is all about!

Here’s what Sara told us about working with Quintin:

What do you enjoy most about working with your trainer at ASF?
I appreciate Quintin for being attentive to my goals and pushing me to make them happen. I know he writes my program with my specific goals in mind. He’s always encouraging and he celebrates my successes as much as I do.

What have you been most proud of since you started training?
Multiple people in my personal life have told me they’re impressed by my consistency and I’m most proud of that as well. I prioritize my training and I’m so happy with the progress I’ve achieved because of that.

ASF SOUTH: Caroline Walton

From Caroline’s trainer, Andrea Joseph:

Caroline was an obvious choice for ASF Athlete of the Month. She consistently shows up ready to train and work hard. When I give her something new and challenging to do, her response is usually an emphatic, “Let’s go!” Her least favorite exercise is probably Bulgarian split squats, but she rocks them every time! Caroline has put in the effort and it shows in her progress and positive attitude. I’m excited to see how much more she’ll accomplish!

Here’s what Caroline had to say:

What do you enjoy most about working with your trainer at ASF?
I love working with Andrea because she removes the intimidation behind lifting and makes each new exercise attainable for me. With Andrea’s help I’ve gained confidence in the gym and in myself.

What have you been most proud of since you started training?
I am most proud of how much I’ve learned since I started training. Before ASF, I had no knowledge in exercise or lifting weights. Now, I am equipped with tons of different exercises and movements that make me feel strong!

What are you looking forward to?
I am looking forward to learning how to do a pull up!
