Tell us about a recent personal health/fitness/training success:
Recently, I’ve restructured my training style to better optimize hormones, mobility, and flexibility. This shift has involved incorporating more dynamic stretching, mobility drills, and functional movements into my routine while ensuring a balanced approach to strength and hypertrophy training. The results have been incredible—not just in terms of physical performance but also in overall energy levels, recovery, and well-being. It’s been rewarding to feel stronger, more agile, and better aligned with my long-term fitness goals.
Tell us about something you’re looking forward to:
I’m genuinely excited about seeing my clients grow and achieve their goals, both in and out of the gym. Watching their progress, whether it’s hitting a new PR, improving their functional movement, or building confidence, is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work. I look forward to celebrating their successes and continuing to help them create lasting, positive changes in their lives.
