Client highlight Russ Ford has been impressing his trainer, Shay Herrera, with his dedication and focus. He puts in the effort on his own during his warm up and mobility work. Russ is in it to win it – his fitness journey is helping him turn back the clock on aging! We love seeing him crushing it in the gym, and he’s only just getting started!

From Russ’s trainer, Shay Herrera:

I chose Russ as my Athlete of the Month because he shows up to every session early and does his warm up and mobility work diligently. He brings his full attention and effort to every exercise. He tries to be as intentional as possible with every rep and asks for feedback to make sure he does it correctly. Russ strives for a great challenge and pushes himself hard. He is eager to learn new exercises and understand why they are important. He is a pleasure to work with every session.

What have you been most proud of since you started training?
Turning back the clock on my fitness level. I want to take some years off my age. I feel and move better now than I have in a long time.

What are you looking forward to?
Maintaining the discipline and learning how to fill fitness gaps. I believe that with the right motivation and professional guidance we can all evolve into our better selves. Life is better when you feel fit.
