Payton is patient! He pushes me to challenge myself but also listens when I need to slow down, rest/readjust or even step down in weights a bit. I struggle with accountability & pushing myself; having a dedicated time/ place & awesome trainer makes me show up & put in the work to see results! I’m very proud of how far I’ve come in such little time. Also, love the space of the gym, I get intimidated by huge gyms with tons of people, so this one on one experience & no crowd has been just what I’m looking for in a workout routine. Austin Simply Fit is simply the best place to get fit! 💪
