Austin Simply Fit is the best gym to train at in Austin!! There is a genuine feeling of community and everyone is made to feel welcome. I train with Brendan Morr and recommend him to anyone looking to get fit, get strong, or just improve overall health. Brendan is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and conscientious about applying what he knows to what my needs are. He pays close attention to my lifting and corrects technique as needed to enhance the move and prevent injury. I have been very impressed with his ability to explain to me how to most efficiently do my powerlifts to have all of the muscles working together. Mostly, he seems to truly care about my progress and is friendly and a lot of fun to work with. Plus, his workouts regularly kick my butt, and that's a good thing!
