Andrea is awesome. I’ve been working with her for the past few months and it has been very successful.
I’ve made a lot of progress and much of that I attribute towards her. What I’ve noticed and appreciate most is how much attention she puts towards my form to ensure I’m working out safely. I always feel like I get good exercise working with her.
She is kind and accommodating towards exercises I find difficult and worrisome (deadlift). I think her patience and understanding of each persons needs is what makes her a trustworthy trainer.
