When and why did you come to Austin?
I’ve grown up in Austin and have always been familiar with its vibrant and lively environment. The city’s strong sense of community and the active lifestyle it promotes made it the perfect place to develop my passion for fitness.
What is your background? How did you get into personal training?
My background includes extensive training as an athlete, bodybuilder and powerlifter, primarily alongside ASF. Growing up around individuals deeply involved in the fitness industry and being surrounded by athletics from a young age naturally compelled me to pursue my passion for fitness professionally.
Tell us about your current fitness goals and training.
Currently, my fitness goals are primarily focused on hypertrophy, with an emphasis on functional training. These areas are where I feel the most knowledgeable and comfortable, allowing me to continue growing and improving both personally and professionally.
What is the most common fitness myth you work through with your clients?
One of the most common myths I address is the misconception that training is the most significant factor in reaching fitness goals. In reality, training only accounts for about 30% of the journey. Achieving fitness goals requires a holistic approach—fitness isn’t just a hobby, it’s a lifestyle.
What do you want your clients to take away from each training session with you?
I want my clients to leave each session feeling empowered and more knowledgeable about their bodies and the processes that contribute to their overall health and fitness. My goal is to instill a deeper understanding of the importance of consistency and a balanced approach to training and lifestyle.

What sets me apart is my deep-rooted passion for the fitness industry, cultivated through years of experience as an athlete, bodybuilder, and powerlifter. I combine this experience with a strong emphasis on education and a personalized approach to training, ensuring that each client receives tailored guidance that aligns with their unique goals and abilities.
How do you, personally, define success?
Success, to me, is the consistent pursuit of improvement, both physically and mentally. It’s about setting goals, working diligently to achieve them, and growing from every experience, whether it be a victory or a challenge. True success is when I can help others reach their potential while continuing to evolve in my own journey.
If you had a super power, what would it be?
If I had a superpower, it would be the ability to fly. Flight symbolizes ultimate freedom, offering a unique perspective and a sense of serenity above the chaos of life. It would allow me to explore new places effortlessly, embodying the idea of breaking free from limitations and seeing the world in a whole new light.
