With over 2,000 sq. ft. of proven strength training equipment, including free weights, 3 power racks, specialty bars, and unique, effective machines, Austin Simply Fit South feels like your own private gym. In 2022, we expanded by adding an outdoor training area, complete with a double power rack and turf for sled drills.

What You Need for Your First Personal Training Session
In your 1 hour consultation, your personal trainer will walk you through an initial conversation about your fitness and health goals, medical and training history, and our personal training programs. Next, your personal trainer will put you through an assessment workout, to get a better understanding of where you are.
